1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy applies to CyberForge Media (referred to as "CyberForge," "we," "us," or "our"). Our business address is 251 NE 20th Street, Apt 1014, Miami, FL 33137, United States. You can reach us at work@cyberforgemedia.com.
This policy applies to information collected through our websites cyberforgemedia.com and lp.cyberforgemedia.com, our advertising landing pages, our intake forms, and any communications between you and us.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you provide
When you fill out a form on our landing pages or website, you may give us:
- Full name, work email, phone number, and company name
- Website URL
- Business size indicators (annual revenue band, monthly marketing spend band, industry, number of agencies/freelancers you currently use)
- Free-text answers describing your goals or pain points
If you book a call or become a client, we may also collect billing information through our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems. Stripe handles all payment data per their PCI-compliant infrastructure.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our pages, we and our analytics providers may automatically collect:
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type
- Referring URL, pages viewed, time spent, scroll depth, click events
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5)
- Advertising platform identifiers (Meta Click ID / fbclid, Google Click ID / gclid) when you arrive via a paid ad
2.3 Information from third parties
If you arrive on our site through a partner referral or a co-marketing campaign, we may receive information about you from that partner. We may also enrich your contact record with publicly available business information (company size, industry classification) to assist with qualification.
3. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and deliver your free audit call
- Communicate with you about our services, including by email and SMS where you've consented
- Provide the marketing services you've engaged us for (advertising, content, CRM, analytics, etc.)
- Improve our landing pages, ad creative, and service quality based on aggregate usage patterns
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service
4. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (e.g., Google Workspace for email, GoHighLevel for CRM, Stripe for payments, Cal.com or similar for scheduling, Meta and Google for advertising). These providers have contractual obligations to protect your data and use it only to provide their service to us.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google) for the limited purpose of campaign measurement and conversion attribution. We share hashed identifiers (e.g., hashed email and phone) and event signals through their server-side APIs (CAPI / Enhanced Conversions). We do not share free-text answers, financial details, or sensitive personal information.
- Legal authorities when required to comply with law, respond to a subpoena, or protect our rights and the rights of others.
- An acquirer in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of our assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
5. Cookies and tracking technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These keep the site working (form submission, scheduling embeds) and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies. These measure page traffic and behavior in aggregate (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
- Advertising cookies. These measure ad performance and enable retargeting on platforms like Meta and Google. They rely on platform identifiers stored as cookies or pixels.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking advertising cookies will not prevent you from using our site, but it may reduce the relevance of ads you see elsewhere on the web.
6. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide our services. After our engagement ends, we typically retain records for 7 years to meet US tax and legal obligations. You can request earlier deletion (see Section 8); we will honor it except where we are legally required to retain a record.
7. Data security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, restricted access to data on a need-to-know basis among our team and vendors, and regular review of our access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
8.1 If you live in California (CCPA / CPRA)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we collect, use, and share about you
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Correct inaccurate personal information
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Note that we use the term "share" because we send hashed identifiers to ad platforms. We do not "sell" data in the everyday sense of receiving payment for your contact.
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights
8.2 If you live in the European Economic Area, the UK, or another GDPR jurisdiction
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, port, and object to processing of your personal data. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Our legal basis for processing is typically your consent (when you submit a form) or our legitimate interest in operating our business and responding to your inquiry.
8.3 Exercising your rights
To exercise any of these rights, email work@cyberforgemedia.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and include the email address you used to contact us. We will respond within 30 days (or 45 days in California where extensions are allowed).
9. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business owners and decision-makers, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, please email work@cyberforgemedia.com and we will delete it.
10. International data transfers
We are based in the United States and the data we collect is stored and processed there. If you are accessing our services from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your jurisdiction.
11. Marketing communications
If you've given us your email or phone number, we may send you marketing communications about our services. You can opt out at any time:
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us at work@cyberforgemedia.com.
- SMS: reply STOP to any marketing SMS. We will not send transactional or call-confirmation SMS without your consent.
Opting out of marketing does not opt you out of transactional communications about an active engagement (e.g., billing, scheduling, project updates).
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are material, we will notify you by email or by a prominent notice on our site before the changes take effect.
